November 9, 2010 – Kohn, Shands, Elbert, Gianoulakis & Giljum, LLP is pleased to announce that one of its partners have been named “Lawyers of the Year” by Best Lawyers for 2011. Joseph P. Giljum has been named “St. Louis Best Lawyers Tax Lawyer of the Year.” Only a single St. Louis lawyer in each category is being honored as the “Lawyer of the Year.”

In addition, the following partners have been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2011: John Gianoulakis (Bet-the-Company Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Legal Malpractice Law) and Charles S. Elbert (Labor and Employment Law).
